At Signature Blinds, we also have a range of Ziptrak and Zipscreen awnings. Both of which are side retention awnings and are spring loaded.
Straight Drop Awning
The Alpha straight drop is the entry level crank operated awning which is anchored down using dog clips and d saddles.
Straight Drop Guide Wire Awning
The Alpha guide wire has stainless guide wires allowing you to roll the awning to your preferred height and leave it there as it is is retained with floating guides attached to the bottom rail and the guide wire.The bosses favourite awning! Quote’ It just works, and never breaks)’!!
The Alpha SRS is one of the many new age SIDE RETENTION SYSTEMS on the market today. We ‘retain’ the fabric within the side channels keeping it taut. Couple this with the right fabric, a coverhood, and some mohair on the bottom rail, and we have a sealed room enclosure!!
We also have the Alpha heavy duty crank operated pivot arm awning for those larger applications where a pivoting arm is wanted. We also have a variable arm position version giving you two awnings in one here!

Channel Stop Awning
Our channel stop awning has evolved from the tried and true automatic awning, but here at Signature blinds, we love it for its simplicity and ease of use. Spring loaded with channels on each end, to roll this awning up or down, simply grab the bottom rail, and give it a twist. Our even tensioned spring helps you raise it, and the spring is gentle enough for you to pull it down to its resting place with ease.
Pivot Arm Awning
We also have pivot arm awnings which are great for those 2 storey situations, with internal winder controls or external rope control.
Automatic Awning
Our window awning range starts with the tried and true ‘spring loaded automatic awning’, providing sun control to windows and designed to roll up automatically in high winds.
Folding Arm Awning
Our Folding arm awnings are basically a retractable fabric roof, perfect for those days where you want sun shade or rain cover, but when you don’t want it there, voila, it’s gone! These awnings have options such as coverhoods, motorisation and movement sensors.
Fixed Hoods
We also custom make old school type awnings such as fixed dutch hoods and eyelids. These add a touch of charm to any home or business.
